1. Services

Picturelle provides the following professional services on a project or consulting basis:

  • Video Production
  • Google Ads Management
  • Web Development

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals, statements of work, or written agreements between Picturelle and the client.

2. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
  • Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content, credentials, or accounts you provide.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in the applicable Service Agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless otherwise specified. We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how used in delivering services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picturelle's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Picturelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For international clients, if any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, that mandatory law shall apply.
