App Authorization & Data Usage Policy

This policy explains how Picturelle accesses, uses, stores, and protects data obtained through authorized connections to third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, and YouTube.

2. Services Requiring Authorization
Google Ads
Campaign management, performance reporting, audience management, and billing read access.
YouTube (via YouTube Data API)
Channel management, video uploads, analytics read access, and comment moderation.
Google Analytics
Read access to reporting and configuration.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Page management, ad account access, and insights access.
3. How We Access Your Data
We use OAuth 2.0 to request access. You explicitly grant access through the platform's consent screen. We request only the permissions necessary for contracted services. We never store passwords.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use data obtained through platform authorization exclusively to deliver contracted services. We do not sell, rent, or share your platform data. We do not use your data for AI/ML training.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Picturelle's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
OAuth tokens are revoked within 30 days of project completion. Performance data is retained for the engagement duration plus 90 days, then deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
7. Revoke Access
- Google: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Meta: Settings → Business Integrations → Remove "Picturelle"
