The Challenge

A non-profit preserving endangered writing systems needed to produce a live international broadcast. Their team were subject-matter experts — linguists and cultural advocates — not tech operators. Someone had to own the entire technical and logistical layer.

The Solution

Took full ownership of the production operation: chose the platforms and tools, set up and tested the livestream infrastructure, coordinated all participants ahead of the broadcast, and managed the live event end-to-end. The creative and academic team focused on the content; I made sure it reached the audience.

  • End-to-end livestream infrastructure setup and management
  • Platform selection for global audience accessibility
  • Participant coordination and pre-broadcast technical walkthroughs
  • Live broadcast management with real-time troubleshooting
  • Recording and post-broadcast distribution

The Result

A successful live international broadcast reaching a global audience — delivered by a team of non-technical experts, made possible by handling every technical and logistical element behind the scenes.
